In this week’s Bid Protest Weekly article, we discuss a recent GAO decision discussing the obligation for agencies to inform offerors that their prices are too high. Generally, as long as the agency considers an offeror’s price to be reasonable, the agency is not required to inform an offeror if its price is too high.
